RESOLUTION # 58-2026 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On motion by Peggy Backus, seconded by Howard Buttel, it was moved to approve the Meeting Minutes for June 9, 2026.

RESOLUTION # 59-2026 ABSTRACT OF CLAIMS
On motion by Peggy Backus, seconded by Howard Buttel, it was moved to approve the Abstract of Claims for June as follows: General Fund: #133-164 $15,002.32
Highway Fund: #120-143 $332,223.38
Sewer: #21-23 $3,578.35

RESOLUTION # 60-2026 TOWN CLERK’S MONTHLY REPORT
On motion by Brian Albanese, seconded by Howard Buttel, it was moved to table July clerk report until August 11,2026 meeting
RESOLUTION # 61-2026 SUPERVISOR MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT
On motion by Brian Albanese, seconded by Peggy Backus, it was moved to approve and place on file the Supervisor’s monthly financial reports for June.

RESOLUTION # 62-2026 SEWER DISTRICT MONTHLY REPORT
On motion by Brian Albanese, seconded by Tim LaTourette, it was moved to approve and place on file the June monthly report for the sewer district.

RESOLUTION # 63-2026 REPLACE CREAMERY DOOR
On motion by Tim LaTourette, seconded by Brian Albanese, it was moved to approve one written quote provided from Jack Hayes for $4400 to replace Creamery door.

HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT REPORT: Sewer districts equipment required by the city is in Creamery.
2” pugmill on Castle view road. Shimmed Bullock hill road. Ditching on Mormon hollow road and Ferris Dean Road.
Mowing and boom mowing roads, cold patching, cutting up trees, and dust control on dirt roads.
Plow equipment has arrived and new truck should be arriving soon. Helped Franklin, Hamden, and Colchester.
Creamery needs new door. Provided one written estimate from Jack Hayes for $4400 to replace door.
