Town of Tompkins in New York's Delaware County

The special Budget meeting meeting of the Town of Tompkins Town Board was called to order at 7:12 pm in the Town meeting room, Trout Creek, NY.

Present:

1. William Layton – Supervisor
2. Howard Buttel – Councilperson
3. Tim LaTourette – Councilperson
4. Peggy Backus – Councilperson
5. Carl Stuendel – Councilperson

Others:

1. Nancy Roberts – Bookkeeper to the supervisor
2. Michelle Phoenix – Town Clerk

Discussion took place on the 2014 Tentative Budget
–        Nancy answered any questions that were had from the Regular board meeting held on October 15, 2013
–        On Motion by Stuendel it was moved to accept the Tentative Budget that was presented tonight and that it would supersede the Budget agreed upon on, on October 9, 2013 and the budget presented this evening will now become the preliminary budget. 2^nd by Backus
Vote – All AYES
Motion Carried
